       I haven’t lived in Spartanburg in over 30 years, so I was at a loss when my parents passed away and I was faced with the task of selling their home there. Last May, we put our house on the market with an agent.

We were given no guidance as to what a reasonable market price might be.

We were given no guidance as to what upgrades might make the house more appealing.

The house was simply listed, and for 4 – 5 months nothing happened.

After searching on line for several months for my dream home, I found exactly what I had been looking for. I contacted ReMax Realty when I saw the listing in the Sunday newspaper and arranged to meet Rappy for a showing of the house.
